Daniel to Perform for MyPhone Dinagyang Party

This Dinagyang Festival 2014, catch Ilonggo acoustic heartthrob Daniel Zedane together other Manila-based artists and performers at MyPhone Dinagyang Party for 3 nights from January 24-26. Daniel will entertain the crowd with his original songs "Seryoso" and "Ginadamgo." He will also share his guitar playing expertise as he performs his favorite mash-up cover songs onstage. Last year, Daniel was also one of the performers in MyPhone Dinagyang Party where he mesmerized the crowd with his music. Ilonggo acoustic artist Daniel Zedane successfully participated in the first region-wide Department of Tourism Region VI theme song entitled "Lagaw 'Ta (Experience Western Visayas)" that gathered more than 30 music artists in one catchy song and music video. This is the very first time that a region-wide participated tourism song and music video was launched in Region VI. Daniel gladly shared his voice and his talent to pursue such inspiring project. For his part in the song, Daniel sang about "enjoying, embracing and the enticing beautiful tourism sites" of Western Visayas. In the music video with an on-location, on-site concept, Daniel shot his scenes in the progressive City of Passi as part of the Province of Iloilo. Daniel represented Passi City in the music video wherein his scenes took place in the biggest sugar milling company and the city's vast pineapple plantation. Daniel even had the chance to choreographed a dance move with the employees of the sugar milling company featured in the music video. On October 25, 2013, Daniel successfully participated in the launching of the tourism song in SM City Iloilo as part of Sights & Sound 2 event.

Since his introduction as a local acoustic artist in January 2013, Daniel developed his gift for music and confidence to entertain people in all the events he performed. He's a local artist who has already contributed a lot for the promotion of the regional culture, tourism and has inspired young artists to keep on believing in their dreams. This 2014, he is optimistic that he will continue his advocacy and inspiration to spread his music.

Daniel also performed the Department of Tourism Region VI theme song "Lagaw Ta (Experience Western Visayas)" with Bacolod pop singer Jen Sanchez and Rodj Young together with his rap group Metaphorhyme and New Friends Iloilo dancers.

Ilonggo acoustic artist Daniel Zedane was the guest performer during the 10th Induction Ceremony of JCI Metro Iloilo Dinagyang last December 7, 8am at Emilion Function Center. Loriza Mendoza, the 2014 president of the organization together with other officers were inducted at the event.

Ilonggo acoustic artist, Daniel Zedane is one of the 34 music artists who took part in this significant tourism song project that elevates local music and artistry in promotion the local tourism of Region VI. Daniel represented the city of Passi and its beautiful scenery where his solo part was shot with Hampang Productions. 

"Lagaw 'Ta (Experience Western Visayas)" is the official tourism song of the Department of Tourism Region VI, co-produced and created with Hampang Productions, RSLPhoenix Music, 8finity Events, itraveler Philippines Magazine and Western Visayas College of Science and Technology-Computer Department. "Lagaw 'Ta" is the first ever region-wide tourism song performed by 34 music artists from different provinces of Western Visayas with an on-location music video shot in more than 30 tourism sites. The music video is directed by Ramjun Valasote of Hampang Productions. The song is written by Ronelo Sanchez Ladiao with musical arrangement by Marty Catequista, Lindy Suladay and Jaylord Zpinx Capalihan. It was officially launched at SM City Iloilo on October 25, 2013 as part of "Sights & Sound 2" event.
